You may have learned that in order to do well, you have to study for hours, put tons of pressure on yourself, and you probably felt stressed and anxious as a result because doing well was important to you. Many people with high-functioning anxiety have a fear that if they aren’t hard on themselves, if they aren’t stressed and worrying about things: then they will drop the ball and they won’t do well. In this episode, I will be challenging this belief to help you understand how you can achieve success without the stress and anxiety.
