Hey, I'm Tati!

I’m a high-functioning anxiety coach and a licensed therapist.  I know what it’s like to struggle with high-functioning anxiety: feeling constantly overwhelmed, like nothing is ever good enough, and struggling with overthinking and constant self-criticism.  It felt like I was unable to escape myself, even though I looked calm & put-together to people on the outside.

When it got to be too much, I hit a breaking point and knew I had to make a change.  Along my journey to overcoming high-functioning anxiety and helping others do the same, I learned the common threads that those struggling with HFA share- and how you can maximize your strengths, while healing your struggles from within.

I’m so passionate about my signature process and the transformation it can provide you because I know it’s powerful.  I hate seeing you struggle, and I want to open your eyes to a different way of thinking so you can begin to thrive and step into the most calm, balanced, & confident version of yourself.

You've got questions? I have answers!

The program begins as soon as you enroll (before May 5, 2021) and you will have access to group coaching sessions and the private Slack community until October 20, 2021.  You will have LIFETIME access to all course content and educational materials.

I was originally going to make the program 3 months long but I later realized that was too short because I know that creating the groundwork for long-term change takes time, and I know you have a busy schedule.  I wanted to create something that would allow you the space and time to integrate and learn from these tools and concepts without feeling rushed or like you are falling behind.

The group and private coaching calls both take place via Zoom.  You can schedule your private coaching sessions for any time within the 6 month period.  The group coaching calls will be scheduled once the program begins.  I will send you a survey to complete so you can let me know what times work best for you to meet so that we can find times that work for everybody’s schedule.

Group coaching calls will be about 60 minutes long and take place every other week.  There will be 12 group coaching calls total.

All calls will be recorded for you to reference and you can ask questions to be answered during the call if you are unable to attend.

You will have access to the welcome materials, Module 1, and the bonus content immediately upon enrollment.  Each subsequent module will be dripped out every two weeks so you can properly work through the content and to reduce overwhelm.

Yes, there is a private Slack community where you can share your thoughts, questions, get advice, and receive support from a like-minded group of people.  I am moving the support group away from Facebook so you can have a distraction-free, supportive environment.
