Hey, I'm Tati!

I’m a high-functioning anxiety coach and a licensed therapist.  I know what it’s like to struggle with high-functioning anxiety: feeling constantly overwhelmed, like nothing is ever good enough, and struggling with overthinking and constant self-criticism.  It felt like I was unable to escape myself, even though I looked calm & put-together to people on the outside.

When it got to be too much, I hit a breaking point and knew I had to make a change.  Along my journey to overcoming high-functioning anxiety and helping others do the same, I learned the common threads that those struggling with HFA share.  And how you can maximize your strengths, while healing your struggles from within.

The program coaching calls begin December 7th, 2021 and end May 10th, 2022.

I was originally going to make the program 3 months long but I later realized that was too short because I know that creating the groundwork for long-term change takes time, and I know you have a busy schedule.  I wanted to create something that would allow you the space and time to integrate and learn from these tools and concepts without feeling rushed or like you are falling behind.

Because I want to ensure every participant is a good fit for CBC.

The group and private coaching calls both take place via Zoom.  You can schedule your private coaching sessions for any time within the 6 month period.

Group coaching calls will be about 60 minutes long and take place every other week.  There will be 12 group coaching calls total.

All calls will be recorded for you to reference and you can ask questions to be answered during the call if you are unable to attend.

I know you’re busy and I created this program with that in mind.  Each group coaching call is 60 minutes every two weeks.  You will also have about 1-2 hours of lessons and exercises to complete weekly. But there’s no pressure- take things at your own pace because you will have LIFETIME access to the course curriculum!

High-functioning anxiety is not a mental health diagnosis, but a term to describe individuals who are high-achieving and successful on the outside, but inside they are struggling with anxiety, overthinking, overwhelm, and self-doubt.

This group coaching program provides you with support, guidance, and accountability. With a course, you are getting expert advice and curriculum, but your role is firmly in that of “student” or “learner.” With a group coaching program, you will get not only support and tips from myself, but you can also get feedback from your peers during live sessions and in-between them.

The Calm & Ambitious Membership is my monthly membership community with a private Facebook community, monthly group Q&A calls, and once monthly masterclasses to help you be ambitious and high-achieving on the outside, while feeling calm and grounded on the inside.

This program, Calm, Balanced, and Confident, is more intensive and has my step-by-step 12-module program for people who are ready to dive deep into making positive transformations in their lives.
