Hey!  My name is Tati.  I have 10 years of experience helping people transform their lives.  My specialty is helping high-performing women step off the hamster wheel of burnout and create a life of balance.

I wasn’t always calm, especially on the inside.  I have struggled with high-functioning anxiety: being an overachiever, putting too much pressure on myself, putting my needs last, and being stressed out and overwhelmed from work and responsibilities.
