Welcome to Be Calm With Tati!  I’m Tati (that’s me on the steps) and I’m honored to have you here  because that means you are interested in the pursuit of calm.

I wasn’t always calm, especially on the inside.  I have struggled with anxiety, being an overachiever, putting too much pressure on myself, putting my needs last, and being stressed out and overwhelmed from work and responsibilities.  You can learn more about me here.
